This is a vintage black leather United Hatters & Millinery Workers Union newsboy cap structured from smooth, genuine black leather. Although the UHCMW label dates the cap between 1934 and 1983, I believe this cap is from the mid 1970s to early 1980s. The cap features a gathered soft-volume crown and a snap button positioned right on the rigid visor brim. The cap can be worn with the top snapped or unsnapped. There are 2 tiny areas of imperfection in the leather on the cap. See pictures. Marked size large. Inner hat circumference 24 inches.
