klhh_ It's a very flexible fit. The above-bust/underarm (where it's gathered) is about 30-31" flat, with a good amount of stretch - at least a few more inches. There isn't really a point to take a true bust measurement, but the pleating of the fabric allows for a lot of allowance. I'd say this can fit up to at least a US 6-8 comfortably.
