ynotshopalot @ziggyzcloset The lay flat waist measurement is 18". The dress features an elastic waist at the back and back tie close so the dress measurement can be stretched out quite a bit if needed. The lengthe from shoulder to hem is approximately 40" and the measurement from the bottom of the waistband to the hem is approximately 21". Hope this helps!
