Vintage 90s Jean Paul Gaultier Maille Mesh Knit Wool Dress Sweater SZ 42

The dress has been dry cleaned ready to wear not sure what size 42 means in Italian also it does have super small holes on a front area of the dress pictured and honestly it seems it’s made like that also not sure.The small holes are mainly like not to noticeable since the dress/Shirt is multicolored I tried to picture them not sure if you can even tell.The dress does have some weight to it and really has a cool pattern oh I almost forgot it has beads on each side of the chest area also pictured super cool vintage knit piece refer to all the images or you can feel free to ask questions I could not find anything similar online thank you
