What does upcycled mean? well, it means taking an authentic item (such as a used luxury purse) deconstructing it completely, then using the "scraps" such as the material,zippers,tags,name plates,etc. to create a new usable item such as earrings or bracelet. These are not affiliated with the original designer but repurposed by the artisan as a completely different item. Pricing is determined by how rare the materials are, like there may only be a couple of LV patches on a bag but other material of that same piece with flowers or just a colored coated canvas or leather. The few pieces that are made with the LV patches will be priced higher than the items made of the more abundant materials leftover. The other pieces are brand new such as earring posts, barrettes, clips. This is sustainability through creation of what are many times discarded items. Please ask questions before purchasing.
