Vintage 1970s print black and white polyester dress by Loomtogs. White dress with black and white graphic floral print. Zips down the back and has a (removable) tie waist. There are no belt loops, so it could be worn with or without the tie. Tagged size 12, but that is vintage sizing. Dress is more like a small. See measurements. Knee length or just below, depending on your height. I don't see any stains.
