It does have pockets and adjustable straps. There is a smocking panel on the back for a more comfort fit. It is in good pre-owned condition. I do not see any flaws with it. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. Armpit to armpit is about 16.5 inches and goes to a max of about 19 inches with the smocking on the back. At the max, it might be tighter on. The waist is about 14.5 inches and goes to a max of about 16.5 inches. This might stretch slightly more because of the smocking. It was hard for me to pull on it with the measuring tape because it is a thicker material. Length from armpit to hem is about 25 inches. Length from the top of the strap to the hem is about 33.25 inches. This number could change if you adjust the straps.
