Vintage Pennsylvania National Guard "100% Drill Attendance" medal featuring an eagle over the state crest and "P.N.G." (Pennsylvania National Guard) on the front, with General Thomas J. Stewart's portrait on the reverse. Bronze/brass finish with original patina, loop intact, no ribbon. Awarded for perfect attendance; a great piece of Pennsylvania military and National Guard history.
