summersun710@zmkiely Hi ☺️ laying flat the measurements are 14.5 for the waist which would equate to 29inch (the dress has some stretch to it my waist currently is a 33 and it still fits me perfectly) the hips flat are 18.5 which would equate to 37inch

summersun710@rachelm774 hi I haven’t had it dry cleaned I would recommend who buys it to dry clean I thrifted this but the stain is sadly dirt from me setting up my phone for photos it’s at the way bottom of the skirt not noticeable unless u aren’t looking for the stain but it should 100% come out with a dry clean

summersun710@rachelm774 Ihi I posted images of the areas that had spots on it they are now removed, and there are no longer any spots on the dress thankfully they were tiny dirt marks, and extremely easy to remove
