This is the 4 on the Floor Mini Dress by Lip Service. It was part of their Vice Collection in the late-2000s/early 2010s, which has been discontinued. Features studded collar and bondage straps. Size: Medium (runs small!) • 100% Polyurethane face • 80% Rayon • 20% Spandex back The Polyurethane is not as smooth as it was originally and has a few cracks towards the top of both shoulders. The fabric still has good stretch. However, the Polyurethane may start to peel off if the dress is stretched too far.
