Vintage MCM Homco Gold and Cream Ornate Medallion Wall Plaque Pair 1971

This is a set of Vintage 1971 Homco "French Court Diamond" Wall Plaques featuring an ornate gold lyre (harp) surrounded by laurel leaves and roses. Manufactured by Homco (Home Interior & Gifts Inc.) The lyre plaque is Model #7226, and its matching torch counterpart on the left is Model #7227. Made of molded composite plastic/resin with a gold-painted ornate border and a cream-colored center background. Originally produced in 1971 (marked "MCMLXXI" on the back) as part of the popular Hollywood Regency / Mid-Century Greco-Roman revival home decor trend. These are in amazing condition for being 55 years old!
