Reposhing because it sadly didn’t fit :( Love this style but it definitely runs small. Original lister labeled it XS even though the tag says small, but XS is more accurate. Top of the waist measures 22in across. For reference, I am a 32C with 35in hips and was busting out of the top and could not get the bottom past upper thigh. There is not a lot of stretch in the waist. Any other questions just ask! :)
