Pretty sky blue top/tee with a high smocked elastic yoke and ruffle neckline. Pleated, flutter cap sleeves. Back with keyhole and tie closure. Relaxed fit. Approximate measurements are- 19.5 inches from armpit to armpit and 22.5 inches in length. Preloved so reflective in price. No material content tag available but the body is jersey with poplin accents. No rips or stains. Has been worn numerous times but has a lot of life left in it. Great for warm weather.
