Maxi dress from Farm Rio with striking pattern and statement sleeves. New with tags. Never worn out, only tried on. Please note that the waist is not forgiving (I have hung onto this dress for too long hoping that I would fit it). Measures about 13.5 inches across the garment waist when lying flat.
