Vintage 70's Bell Bottom Pants High Waisted 26 Inch Waist 31 Inseam 14 Inch Bell

Vintage 70's bell bottoms pants high waisted. They are 26 waist by 31 inseam. They have 3 buttons & a zipper. There are no tags but I believe they are polyester. There is a spot as in picture that seems to have gotten hot at one time....mabe steam cleaned? it isn't actually noticeable when worn. Rise is 15 inches. The hips are approximately 17 inches. The bottoms of the pants are 14 inches across laying flat. Pants are in great vintage condition except as noted.
