Description
Charming pair of vintage hand-painted ceramic Santa and Mrs. Claus figurines, believed to be 1970s ceramic hobbyist pieces. These were likely created from slip-cast bisque molds and individually painted and glazed, a very popular home and studio craft style of the era.
Both figures feature classic mid-century Christmas styling with soft facial expressions, rosy cheeks, and detailed red and green holiday outfits. Mrs. Claus holds a wrapped gift, while Santa carries a candle, giving them a warm, nostalgic holiday feel. The hand-painted details and thick glossy glaze give these a true vintage character that differs from mass-produced modern décor.
Both pieces are in excellent pre-owned condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs noted. Small marks on her right hand, her left cheek, and under his chin.
