I believe this is from the very late 90s into Y2K. This is a still NWT vintage Atelier by B Thomas aqua blue Suede Jacket from the designer Brandon Thomas. His brand here is called Atelier by B.Thomas. Tagged a size Medium. The outer is 100% suede leather. It is fully lined with polyester lining. There is a 5 button front closure and all buttons are still covered. There are 2 side pockets. All buttons are tortoiseshell Material: 100% Suede Leather and Lining: 100% Polyester The tag claims this is hand washable. Jacket is new and unworn. I do see some strange spots from either being folded at some point or something else laying against it for some time. There is one circular spot towards the bottom back that looks like there used to be one of those theft deterrent tags attached. See last 3 photos for close ups of the leather.
