Y2K NWT What You're Made of Low Rise Blue grey Capri pants

Great Y2K era capri pants from a brand called 23 What You're Made of. These look like a blue grey color to me . They are still with the original tags. I think there used to be a belt included but that is missing. Tagged a size 9. Material 98% Cotton and 2% Spandex. These have a fairly low rise and they have some stretch. In brand new condition. I did see some very tiny spots on the leg near the cuff. See last photo. Flat lay measurements: -Across waist 15.25" -Across hips 18" -Inseam 21" -Rise 9"
