Carter’s Dinosaur Windbreaker

In good condition! My youngest one hardly wore this jacket. However, he did stain it with some paint at school. I have not been able to remove the stains. These stains are concentrated on the right sleeve and also in the lower right quadrant on the front of the body (see the last seven pictures). Note: I do not see any stains on the back, hood and left sleeve. Fabric content and measurements are in the pictures. Besides the stains, this item is still very cute and functional. Note: This item is a windbreaker. I am not sure if it is waterproof for a hike in places like Scotland or Ireland. I bought it so that my boy can wear them on top of sweatshirts during spring time as an extra layer.
