Vintage Bamboo Folding Plate Easel Stand

A small vintage folding display stand made from real bamboo segments with darkened nodes and visible natural variation throughout. Nicely scaled for small plates, lacquerware, framed miniatures, photos, tiles, or tabletop display pieces. The proportions and patina give it a warm old-world look that works especially well with Asian decorative objects. The stand folds flat and opens securely for display. Metal screw construction with a lightly glossy aged finish to the bamboo. A surprisingly photogenic little object on its own. Measures approximately 5" tall x 3.5" wide x 3" deep when open. Good vintage condition with age-related wear, small surface marks, and natural variation to the bamboo. Structurally solid and functional.
