closetclearout2@taffie7 Hi no stains, just some frayed edges received upon arrival. This is new without tags. This isn’t quite navy, more like a powder/light blue and white. I don’t have the pit to put measurements but it’s 18” across laying flat and stretches to 23”. This top runs big in my opinion
