Gianni Bini Long Sleeved Velveteen Burgundy Wrap Dress Size Small, NWOT

This is a new, without tags, Gianni Bini long sleeved, true wrap dress. It is a burgundy, velvet like fabric, made of a polyester and elastane blend. The wrist are elastic and there is smocking at the top of both shoulders. The tie is long enough that the wrap can be tied in the front, back or side.
