kate spade Hot Pink Bow-Detail Mini Dress, NWOT, Size 12, runs small in bust

Vibrant hot pink mini dress by kate spade. Sculpted bow detail at the bust. Slim, streamlined silhouette with delicate straps. Bold, feminine statement piece. This is a NWOT dress. I purchased it and broke the zipper, had the zipper replaced and the cleaners tore the tags off. This is a spectacular dress, only it is too small in the bust for me.
