Barney Vintage 1990s Plush with Warehouse Inventory Tag-NWT

This is an original mid-1990s Barney plush from the peak of Barney's popularity. What makes this one unique is the original industrial warehouse/liquidation inventory tag. The tag is NOT a retail hang tag and was added after the original sale when the plush went through a surplus or liquidation warehouse. Tags like this were used to track bulk lots of overstock merchandise in the 90s an were typically removed, making surviving examples uncommon. The tag shows lot, sub cat, supplier and barcode info from warehouse handling. This adds an interesting layer, showing Barney's journey. Please note that he hasnt been wearing chapstick so his lips are peeling. Pic attached. A big boy at approx 22 inches standing up, not including his hat at full length.
