Thank you for the measurements, but what is the rise? From top of zipper to where leg starts? My rise on my jean ones is 18, and I have a big butt, so I need to make sure it goes over my butt. Also, do they have a good amount of stretch? Thank you.

The rise from front waist band (closure) to crotch is 11 1/2” and from back waist band to crotch is 18”. The material includes 3% spandex for some stretch. I hope this helps.
