tamgal73Hi there, I have already accepted my purchased items from you, but I realized that one of the pair of pants you sent me is not the color I ordered. I ordered the gold and I received a green. I have been sick and just had an opportunity to open all of the packages today. I’m sure it was done in error, but I would like to see what we can do about this as I also purchased a green from someone else that Sunday, I look forward to hearing back from you!

hellobutiflHey. Oh, I’m sorry about that. I think it was because you asked me if I had the color green or grey. ( I think 🤔 ) and in my mind, I must’ve answered myself and said yes I do and I sent you that color.

hellobutifl@tamgal73 no worries at all :) I’ll send out the gold as soon as you send back the incorrect color. My apologies

tamgal73Thank you, I’ve never been in this position before. Does Poshmark pay for the shipping or how would that work?

tamgal73Should I be contacting Poshmark to advise on how to ship back to you?

hellobutifl@tamgal73 Hi. Good morning I will take care of everything. I’ll keep you posted.

hellobutifl@tamgal73 I contacted Poshmark Support so they can send you a prepaid return shipping label. Once I receive the incorrect color, I will ship out the correct item.
