It has a large elasticized band at the bottom that can be pulled down as a dress or bloused up as a top. Exaggerated batwing sleeves also have ribbed cuffs to push the sleeves up or wear them long. Fully silk lined. Missing all interior tags. Very flexible sizing due to the blousy pullover style. Very good condition, a few missing beads along the neckline but not noticeable and the beads beside is are no falling off.
