Vtg MV Vellano Rhinestone Encrusted Elephant Brooch (New Old Stock) Beautiful vintage MV Vellano costume jewelry elephant brooch on the original display card. It features a rhinestone encrusted body with center faux pearl, green stone toenails, and a green stone eye on a gold tone base. (My research suggests it is gold plated, but I am not 100% certain.) MV Vellano was a high end Italian costume jewelry line in the 1970s-1980s. They used high end materials, but the buyer should not expect real gold, pearls, or jewels.
