1970’s Vintage Must De Cartier Tank, Gold Plated, Sapphire Cabochon, Manual Wind

The 1970's Vintage Must De Cartier Tank is a luxurious timepiece with a 18K gold electroplated case featuring a sapphire cabochon and manual wind movement. PLEASE NOTE I had the watch serviced and cleaned and the jeweler/watch repairman replaced the spring with AFTERMARKET component ($300 for parts plus $200 labor) NOT with a Cartier part. Also the band is NOT ORIGINAL Cartier. Otherwise watch and remaining parts are Cartier authentic. The watch works great. It is in excellent condition, considering the age. I am French and this was my mom‘s watch. She purchased it in Paris. Due to medical issues I cannot wear jewelry therefore selling.
