Handmade in Ridgewood Queens NYC (or maybe it was still Brooklyn then, the borders changed at that time) in the 1960s or 1970s, dated by the old phone number style on the back label. Artist labeled "Crafted by Chas and Marie Ernst, Ridgewood N.Y. HY 7-7130". Decorative wood plaque with hanging tab at the top, square tile with blue and brown painted flowers.
