andi_queen77 It is 10”. Notice too please that I changed the waist measurement because I had entered it wrong. I noticed that when I was looking at the listing. I measured the waist again just now to make sure I had it right. They are just a tiny bit over 13” flat at the waist, so about 26-26.5”.
