Vintage Betsey Johnson New York Black Lace Long Sleeve Bow-Waist Top

Delicate floral lace construction. Long sleeves with scalloped edges. Satin waist ribbon tied in a bow with two snaps and three hook and eye closures. Feminine and dressy silhouette. Delicate but in great condition. Hardly worn. There may be a few threads here and there but does not affect the integrity of the piece. Lying flat pit to pit is 14” and waist is 13”
