There is a lot of extra material inside the dress as if it was taken in. Please make sure these measurements work for you first. Ok after some research I found that the size 27 refers to 27" long. In US sizes this would be for a 6 or 7 year old girl. But it can be alerted to fit larger or smaller sizes.
