This is the NIRA Pro 2nd generation Laser. It's a very popular and effective machine. This unit is actually almost new because I bought 2 (one for travel) and ended up not using them often enough because it does actually take about 15 mins to do the face, neck, and hands. I also have the NIRA Precision for the eyes which is an extra 10 mins (also for sale). The NIRA Pro 2nd generation is selling for $599 ($499 Memorial Day sale) on their website. The new 3rd generation is $699 and one big difference is that it has 9 power levels instead of 5, which I personally don't find useful, since I only used power levels 3 and 4 on mine.
