Stylish wrap blouse with a front tie. White base with navy vertical stripes. Button-down collar and cuffed balloon sleeves. Draped asymmetric hem for added movement. Polished yet modern wardrobe staple. I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to wear this. There is a chance I even put it on the mannequin wrong. But I think a younger and/or smarter person could figure it out and it would be super cute!
