Rare vintage men's Stafford low rise pouch brief

Up for grabs is a pair of men's low rise pouch briefs by Stafford, an in-house brand of JCPenney. These would be from the mid 1990s. Soft and plush cotton in a fetching and a handsome rugby stripe. The Stafford logo is on a patch centered on the waistband. Really cool looking and perfect for completing your preppy or academia themed look. This item has been very carefully unpackaged to verify that the waistband and leg elastics are intact. They are in good condition with no crackling and they stretch and return to their prior position with ease.
