melsap1981@yvonnekatz @yvonnekatz Hi! The dress is 38.5 from shoulder to hem. The PTP is 16.5 but that is unstretched. I would say this could fit up to a bust of 38. The top has a lot of stretch to it! Let me know if you have any other questions!
