joujougray7Excellent questions and I went and pulled the bag to check for you. Because it is patent leather it has been stored in a controlled temp. When I pulled it the lower part and bottom did feel a bit "tacky" or "sticky" as you put it. I wiped it down a few times with a damp cloth and it feels much better now. The purse itself looks great! No hang tag with it. I checked to see if I had an extra tag to match in patent leather and all I have is a dark fuchsia pink one.
