I’m sorry to tell u other than the size tag really small at the top. There is no other tags in the dress. Nothing that states the fabric content. It feels like a very soft cotton eyelet to me.. It is not a stretchy fabric.

From the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hymn, I get about 49 inches from armpit to armpit across the bust i’m getting about 19 inches flat, which would be 38 across the bust, but there is a elastic under in the waist area that it’ll help it stretch out. There is a little extra space in the bust area.
