Hello may Iask if this has an outside pocket that can hold a cell phone.

@vcurbelo Hi! I have a 16 pro max and it would be a little bit tight with my bulky case for the back pocket. The one in the front with the snap would be too small. The inside has 3 slots and it fits fine in 2 of the 3 sections.
