Beautiful hand painted porcelain centerpiece bowl featuring raised branch-style handles and a delicate berry and leaf motif in soft blended tones of cream, green, and red. This piece has a wonderful Art Nouveau / Nippon-era aesthetic with elegant hand-painted details and gold gilt trim throughout. The sculpted handles give the bowl a striking display presence, making it ideal for cottage, Victorian, shabby chic, or antique-inspired decor. Displays beautifully as a centerpiece, console bowl, or cabinet piece. Approximate size shown in photos with ruler. Measures roughly 8 inches across handle to handle and approximately 3 inches tall. Condition: Vintage/antique condition with age-related wear present. There is noticeable gold wear along portions of the rim consistent with age and use. One chip is present on the underside rim/base area and has been clearly photographed. No major cracks noted. Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description. Unmarked aside from impressed number "5788" on underside. Items are sourced from estate sales and auctions and may show normal signs of age, use, or storage, including possible odors.
