INVESTMENT-GRADE AUTHENTIC 1920s ART DECO CZECHOSLOVAKIAN GLASS LAVALIER-breathtaking, coveted piece of wearable art from the interwar Czechoslovakian Republic (Jablonec/Gablonz region). This is not ordinary vintage costume jewelry; it is a pristine, highly structural example of peak Art Deco design influenced by the Cubist and Futurist avant-garde movements. Rare Asymmetrical Sculptural Cut: Symmetrical "gemstone" cuts (ovals, rounds, emerald cuts) were mass-produced. This magnificent, free-form, chunkier geometric drop required specialized lapidary artistry and molds. It reads less like an imitation gemstone and more like a miniature piece of architectural sculpture. Original Engraved Sunburst Clasp: This piece features its completely intact, fully functional original slide-in tongue clasp, beautifully engraved with a textbook Art Deco chevron/sunburst motif. Color & Clarity: Crafted in a saturated, vibrant cerulean/cobalt blue crystal glass that beautifully captures and refracts the light. Features matching lighter blue faceted bicone station beads along a gorgeous wavy-link filigree chain. Condition: The sharp, geometric facet lines on the main pendant drop are crisp, free from the major chipping or heavy flea-bites.
