Zara white mini shirt/dress with‎ tiers

This can be worn as a top or as a dress. It has a tiered pleated skirt and pleated bell cuffs. Buttons in front and a v-neck. Longer in back. There are tiny pulls that you can’t really see when it’s being worn. I’m afraid to cut them. They are shown in the last picture. That is why this top is being sold at such a discount.
