Riviera Italian Made Black Velour Hat Chapeau. *Triple layer grosgrain ribbon band trim, a small velour coil with an asymmetrical ribbon side detail, adds a stylish touch. •Height is approx. 5" from bottom of ribbon trim to crown, 21.5" around inside.
