this is a store return, has not been used (the wheels show no signs of use) all zippers work very well handle pulls up and retracts - works well ***there is a small tear on the front bottom (see pic). This area of the luggage has a firmer wall reinforcement behind the nylon. The brand identifies this luggage as a soft-sided suitcase, however, the area at the bottom of the suitcase and around the wheels is FIRM and reinforced ***scuffing noticeable on wheel well protector assembly (see pics) is able to collapse somewhat for storage (see pics)
