Vintage 1970s Blue and White Sailor Dress

Vintage 1970s navy blue polyester sailor dress from JC Penney. Blouson top, elasticized waist, full skirt to the knee, white piping trim at the hems, buttoned short half-sleeves and an attached scarf. Label: JC Penney Fashions No garment or size tag. Pictured on a size 6/7 mannequin. Measurements: Shoulder to hem: 41 inches Shoulder to shoulder: 16 inches Armpit to armpit: blousy to 20 inches Waist: elasticized 26-38 inches Hips: loose to about 42 inches Dress is in good vintage condition with minor flaws. There are a few minor picks throughout and a faint stain on the trim near the left shoulder. None detract, the dress is laundered and ready to wear.
