Vtg 90s linen dress w/ belt - Nordstrom brand

Vintage early 1990s era 100% linen primary blue dress and matching belt. Dress has short sleeves, shoulder pads, iridescent blue buttons down the front, elastic waistband, and wide belt loops. The button directly over the waistband is inside rather than outside so it doesn't interfere with the belt. In excellent vintage condition. Dry cleaner receipt is still stapled inside. Size 14. No stretch in the fabric but there is some in the waist. Due to the style and the belt, it looks great on many sizes, from 6 to 14. For context, the dress form in the photos is a standard Size 6.
