NOTE: I bought this from a local vendor by the beach. It’s a beautiful dress and has a stretchy waistband for small to wide hips. However, I would not purchase if you are heavier than a C cup. Also - I only tried it on once.

amberjeffries10Hi ! Nope. Still new just without tags. This fits more like a small/medium/6. It may be but it has a lot of stretch. It’s one of those one size fits all type of dress so it could still work just more flowy on someone who is xs . I added more photos.
