This item is new w/o tags and comes from my personal closet. It was purchased for a vacation but I never packed it. d_senechal@stonefoxx48 Hi there! no flaws, stains, rips, tears, or scratches on hardware that you get from use! Although it does not include a dust bag, it is in new condition (without tags). I purchased this brand new for a vacation but i didn’t have room to pack it and I never used it.
