Jenny Packham Gold Lotus Lady Evening Gown Altered to fit size 12

This gown had a large open V as you can see in photo on Kate Middleton and a cape. I bought in a size up - UK 18 which is US 14 and had high end dressmaker from top wedding shop close the open V and shorten the cape so it fell below shoulders in back with heavy beading like armor but used the rest of cape to make sleeves. We bought nude lining and also added lining in the skirt. The dress with Tax and ship cost $6500and with alterations another $1500. Total $8000. I do have extra cape and beading for someone to further alter and I am 5 ft 9 inches so it can be shortened as well. It’s a GORGEOUS piece and hand beaded.
